I'm using an iPad or iPhone. How do I save the magazines onto my device? Please follow these instructions. I've created screenshots to make the process as easy as possible. 1. Open Apple Books. Apple Books is an app that comes preinstalled on iPhones and iPads. You should be able to find it on the first screen or by doing a search. Open the App and work through the introductory steps if it's never been opened before. Here is what the app icon looks like (it's the one with the red circle around it): 2. Open the email with the link I've sent you to download each individual magazine in PDF format. After purchase you would've been sent a link to download all the magazines in one ZIP file. If you are using an iphone or iPad you may not be able to download this file, so please contact us via our website and we will sent you an alterntive link. Open this link now and this is what you should see: Click on the 3 dots next to the first magazine and then select "Download". Wait a little bit for the next screen. 3. The magazine will appear in the window. Along the top there is a small square icon with an up arrow. I've circled it in red. Press on that and a menu will appear. Scroll along the apps until you see the Apple Books app (circled in red) and select that. You are nearly done. 4. The magazine issue has now been saved into Apple Books (probably to your icloud if it's setup). One of two things will now happen. Apple Books will automatically open and the magazine will be there ready to read. Or you can open Apple Books and view the magazine yourself. 5. You need to do this with all 72 issues. Tedious I know, but it means that all the issues will be saved on your device for long-term viewing pleasure. And if you have icloud backup setup, they are there forever!! Please contact us via our website if you have any questions.

I'm having trouble downloading the back issue file. What do I do?There could be a number of reasons for this. Please work through the suggestions below. Did you receive the download link in an email? Please check your email inbox and spam folder. If you didn't receive the email, please contact us with the product order ID or the details of your order and we will resend the link. If you did receive the order, try right clicking on the download button and choose 'save file as' or 'save target as' and then choose somewhere on your computer to save the zip file. Once the zip file is downloaded, you can open it to view the pdf file which are the products you have purchased. A third party app such as Unzip may help you open the file. You can download this app from various software stores. Try a different browser to download the file, ie, Firefox or Chrome and see if it works. Or use a desktop computer or laptop rather than a smart device. Some antivirus software can prevent zip files being downloaded from an email. Review your antivirus settings to allow this download. You can usually do this by right-clicking on the file. If all these options do not work, we can provide an alternative download link. Please contact us if you need this link.
